Standard shipping takes 2 to 4 business days. For express shipping, your product can arrive the next day, and for express worldwide shipping, delivery takes 24 to 48 hours

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number to stay informed about the status of your delivery at all times. The DB team is always ready to assist you with any questions.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We do not offer refunds, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with an exchange or provide store credit for a future purchase. All returns must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, and received within 14 days of the order receipt. Items should be free of any signs of damage, wear, or odors. Please ensure that your return is carefully packed to avoid any damage during transit.
